RBS is an annual short-term Christian discipleship school run by the Brethren Assemblies of Malaysia, as a ministry of Inter Brethren Assemblies (IBA) Youth Development. It is designed for Christian young people aged 16-21 years, who have just completed their Form 5 or 6 (or O or A level) exams and are waiting to enter college, or are on a break or gap year from college or university.

Applicants are welcome regardless of denominational background as long as they are interested in growing in their relationship with God, equipping themselves with a better understanding of God’s Word, and learning skills to serve God more effectively. They should also be comfortably proficient in the English language as all classes, activities and assignments will be conducted in English.

RBS is a time of spiritual intimacy, learning, self-discovery, fun and fellowship, which many previous students have described as a once-in-a-lifetime experience and a significant landmark in their journey with God.
